Alabama has a strong network of agencies, nonprofits and community partners dedicated to serving veterans and their families. The AVRC saw an opportunity to strengthen these connections and make the process smoother. By starting with the AVRC, veterans can access our state’s existing network through a single point of contact – often involving several agencies – but with a coordinated, one-stop approach that ensures their needs are met quickly and effectively.
